Creating "Honey Thighs"
These days, the "no-pants look," where very short bottoms are hidden under a long top, is said to be in fashion. Two years ago, a video of the Korean singer IU performing in hot pants attracted a lot of attention.

Korean celebrities who often wear jeans, such as Lee Chae-young, Girls' Generation, Shin Min-a, Lee Hyori, and Son Dam-bi, have curvy figures and straight, long legs, giving them a well-balanced body shape.
Meanwhile, when someone like Yui has sturdy thighs that still have a beautiful line, Koreans affectionately call them "kkulbeokji," or "honey thighs."
In any case, when people talk about a woman's beauty these days, there seems to be a growing tendency to value the figure more than the face. Among all aspects of the figure, the leg line in particular draws attention as a part of a woman's body that is as important as a pretty face.

To make your legs look longer, wearing high heels with skinny jeans makes you look even slimmer.
If your legs are short, wearing a belt higher than your natural waist can make your lower body look longer. But if your thighs are thick, it can be hard to disguise them with jeans. As a doctor who mainly performs liposuction, I believe liposuction is a good way to correct the shape of the lower body.
Liposuction is not simply for any thick thigh. I believe its purpose is to remove fat layers from your own body shape so as to create a body that is as well balanced as possible.
Even if your thighs are thick, when they are in natural harmony with your calves, waist, and buttocks, they can be slim and still be "honey thighs." If your thighs are thin but their line is not attractive, combining liposuction with fat grafting can help create a more beautiful line.

A common problem with thigh liposuction, as in the photos above, is that only the thighs become thinner, so the buttocks look relatively larger and sag, and fat remaining around the knees leaves the thighs with an unnatural, chopstick-like shape. These are revision surgery photos, and they show that the buttocks and thighs need to be balanced in size for an attractive body shape.
When the protruding hip areas above both sides of the pelvis, the hollow at the hip joint, and the bulge of the outer thigh known as "saddlebags" are combined, the outline resembles a violin, so it is called a violin deformity. These areas are also recognized as a single aesthetic unit, and treating them at the same time can create a balanced body shape.

At Venus Clinic, we work to make the contour that runs from the thighs to the buttocks, the waistline, and the calves smooth and balanced. This is because we believe beautiful thighs are ones whose harmonious, natural line brings out feminine beauty.
In the before-and-after liposuction photos below, 2,400 ml of pure fat was removed, and the flanks, buttocks, and outer thigh bulge now form one natural curve.
The buttocks were relatively large, but because they were out of harmony with the surrounding areas, they actually looked flat. With buttock liposuction, we tried to reduce their size while preserving their volume. Fat around the knees was removed, so the line from the thigh to the knee forms a curve and the line continuing to the calf looks natural, giving what appears to be a balanced body shape.
