Buttock Liposuction ? The Bermuda Triangle
Here is how Wikipedia describes the Bermuda Triangle. Go to article (Korean)
The Bermuda Triangle, also known as the Devil's Triangle, is an area in the western North Atlantic famous for legends that, since long ago, countless aircraft and ships — or only their crews — have vanished there. It is usually defined as the triangular area bounded by the Straits of Florida, Bermuda, and Puerto Rico or the Azores.
Based on where incidents have occurred, some people extend the area to the Gulf of Mexico. Some argue that the disappearances were caused by the mistakes of inexperienced navigators or by unusual weather, while some popular culture attributes them to paranormal phenomena or extraterrestrial activity that cannot be proven scientifically. Despite considerable evidence and investigation, the truth behind many incidents in this area has not been accurately reported, and many works of fiction, films, and comics have been made about it.

Liposuction, too, has an area called the Bermuda Triangle.
Dr. Fournier, a French liposuction surgeon and one of the early developers of modern liposuction, called the central buttock area, or the inverted V-shaped area, the "Bermuda Triangle," and said that liposuction in this area should be done carefully using a microcannula (a very fine suction tube). More precisely, it is the triangular area whose base is the crease below the buttocks (infragluteal crease) and whose apex is the junction of the lumbar spine and sacrum (lumbosacral junction).

The fat in this area is delicate in texture, so careless surgery is likely to leave it lumpy. For this reason it is regarded as a danger zone in liposuction and is known as an area where liposuction should be avoided or performed with great care.
The photos below show a surgical case from Venus Clinic: a patient who had buttock and thigh surgery after abdominal liposuction. I am introducing her case because she had a particularly large fat deposit in the Bermuda Triangle area, which needed liposuction.

In the pre-surgery photos, the fat buildup in the Bermuda Triangle area of the back of the buttocks is unusually large. The center of the thong is buried between the buttocks.
We performed tumescent micro-liposuction of the Bermuda Triangle area. In the posterolateral photos, after surgery the space between the buttocks has opened and the thong line is visible. She had a large lower body overall, especially the buttocks, but buttock and thigh liposuction reduced the size of both the thighs and buttocks, and in particular the reduction in buttock size brought the proportions of her thighs and buttocks into balance.
At first glance the size reduction may look small, but in the side photos, if you compare the size of the abdomen, calves, and feet with the size of the thighs and buttocks, the abdomen, calves, and feet have not changed, while only the thighs and buttocks have changed considerably by comparison..
