Sex: One Sign of Good Health
We live in an age when health has become our greatest concern. But how can we actually tell what state our health is in? One of the greetings we hear most often is "Are you keeping well?" When asked this, we may sometimes find ourselves wondering.
Am I really healthy? How would I know? When did I last have a checkup? No, not that. What everyday ways are there to simply tell?
Most of us have probably asked ourselves questions like these once or twice. And yet we probably let it go, treating how we feel on a given day as nothing more than a passing snapshot.
One of the things we accept in daily life based only on common prejudice or whatever the crowd says is our fantasy about sex. Few things express a person's current state as well as sexual activity does, and it may be a fairly good indicator of one's physical and mental condition. Sex is one of the hottest topics these days, yet perhaps the reality is that it is still shaped more by distorted remnants of Confucian culture about something hidden — or rather, something mysterious.
I believe that sex built together by a couple is a sign of health and happiness. If you are not healthy, sex becomes a burden too. Of course, the hardships of life weighing on our shoulders, stress, obesity, and the lifestyle diseases it brings push sex into the back seat, but we should also look back at our own attitudes.
If we move away from voyeuristic thinking and repressed Confucian attitudes about sex, accept it as a solid foundation of the marriage or the home, and make an effort, sex can become one indicator of health. Much has already been written about how sex benefits health or serves as a warning sign, with case examples, so I will not go into that separately. But if you want to treat healthy sex as an indicator of your health, you will need to work at improving your sex life as well.
Sex improves with attention and sexual stimulation. It is already known that sexual stimulation increases male hormones. You should also remove the various factors that affect sexual function, such as smoking, and anything that interferes with blood flow to the penis, an organ made up of a mass of tiny blood vessels and sometimes called a "little heart."
Among these, consider belly fat. With a waist circumference of 35.6 inches or more, erectile dysfunction becomes frequent, and an enzyme in fat cells called aromatase is activated, converting male hormones into female hormones. In other words, as belly fat increases, it brings decreased male hormones, self-confidence buried under fat, lower libido, weaker ejaculation, and less intense orgasm. In women, increased secretion of male hormones causes sexual dysfunction such as reduced vaginal lubrication, weakened orgasm, and irregular periods, as well as reduced sexual attractiveness and lower desire in the partner.

Sex appeal depends on what we see.
Even in the animal world, a well-balanced appearance is shown to be a source of strength. In other words, an attractive body can spark sexual activity and is the basis for being active, so losing belly fat first may be the foundation for treating sex as an indicator of health.
Obesity, especially belly fat, upsets the body's balance and lays the groundwork for diabetes, high blood pressure, and heart disease. Although there are many negative opinions about removing belly fat this way, liposuction does seem to be one good option, because escaping belly fat through exercise alone is so hard that it can feel like a fantasy.
We often exercise hard only to see our body shape and belly stay exactly the same. That is because the calories burned through exercise are tiny compared with the calories we take in from eating, and insisting on exercise alone inevitably wears us out. Of course, exercise is essential for reshaping the body, but it must be accompanied by dietary control and lifestyle changes.
For those who find this series of efforts difficult, it may be worth considering liposuction: after liposuction, as your body shape changes, you can regain your confidence and your motivation to stay healthy, improve your constitution through diet control and exercise, and, above all, create an opportunity to approach sex with a fresh mind.
